On the eve of my 30th birthday I was 45 pounds overweight, totally burnt out and feeling suicidal.

I had done everything I was told to though! I had worked hard at school, got into a good University and got a Business Degree.

I moved to London, got a graduate job then I ‘worked hard and played hard’ as I climbed the corporate ladder.

But I was 10 years into my career with nothing to show for it.

This was me back then...(and yes I did sneak a beer into McDonalds at 3am)

In that moment it felt like my world was ending but looking back at that picture now I realise how grateful I am that it happened...

Because the very next day I set out on a mission to change my life without knowing where it was going to take me.

I studied for months until I finally discovered what works and then everything started to change for me.
