I did everything I was told to growing up!
I worked hard at school and got into a good university.
I earned a Business degree, got a graduate job then worked hard, played hard and climbed the corporate ladder.
But 10 years into that career I had nothing to show for myself
and on the eve of my 30th birthday I hit rock bottom...
This was me back then...(and yes I did sneak a beer into McDonalds at 3am)
I desperately wanted to feel healthy again but had no idea where to start or what to believe because the advice on the internet was so conflicting and confusing.
The generic workout plans were boring and the “popular diets” were too strict. But I knew something had to change so the very next day I set out on a mission.
It took months of research…I tried and tested every system and diet out there!
Then I FINALLY discovered what actually works and everything started to change for me.
I lost 45LBS in just 4 months and got into the best shape of my life physically and mentally.
Fast forward to today and I’ve already helped over 100 others to take back control of their health and get in amazing shape with my program

I educate my clients as we move through their program together, helping them to understand the principles of fitness & nutrition which will not only guarantee them the results they want but make sure those results are sustainable too.

A personalised check-in process will ensure that you are moving towards your goals and through the direct chat, I can support you on every step of your journey.
Everyone’s body reacts and adapts to exercise in different ways, so we will be working with you at a pace that works best for you. The training will be broken down into phases to ensure you are progressing towards your goals and training at the right intensity.
Results are dependent on numerous factors like your tailored nutrition and workout plans, commitment in and outside the gym, and how much work you put in. All of my clients who approach this with an open mind, are ready to listen and do the work will achieve the results they’ve wanted. Some in a matter of weeks, but definitely within a couple of months.
If you are willing to fully commit, I can guarantee that you will make progress, see results and be on the way to achieving your goals!
You can track all progress and measurements through my app on your phone. This includes photos, to weekly weigh-ins, sleep, diet, and motivation. That way I can monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your goals or plans.
You decide. You tell me how much time per week you have for training and what your goal is. Then I will make a plan so that exercising fits into your routine in the best possible way.
Knowledge - of the underlying science and principles of fitness & nutrition which govern the human body.
Consistency & Patience - because nothing changes after 2 weeks!
Acceptance - that the process is far more important than the destination.
Accountability - from your coach and those close to you.
Purpose - because the WHY is always more important than the how.
Maybe you should, maybe you shouldn't! The coach - client relationship becomes a very personal one and only works if both can get along and trust one another.
Plans should be sustainable and enjoyable. I want to help you to make lifestyle changes rather than simply adhering to boring or strict diets! To achieve the results you want, it is important to create a healthy balance between having a good relationship with food and developing an understanding of what you have to pay attention to (i.e. portion sizes, calories, macros).
You will get access to a huge number of tasty meal options for each meal of the day. You’ll also get a recipe and ingredients breakdown for each meal which helps massively if you have minimal cooking experience or you have never tried to make a certain meal. These meals will consider any allergies or dietary restrictions you have (i.e. coeliac, lactose intolerant or vegan).
Of course you can! I can create a plan around your preferred location and fit around your goals and lifestyle.
