I worked hard at school and got into a good university.

I earned a Business degree, got a graduate job then worked hard, played hard and climbed the corporate ladder.

You decide. You tell me how much time per week you have for training and what your goal is. Then I will make a plan so that exercising fits into your routine in the best possible way.

You’ll also get a recipe and ingredients breakdown for each meal which helps massively if you have minimal cooking experience or you have never tried to make a certain meal. These meals will consider any allergies or dietary restrictions you have (i.e. coeliac, lactose intolerant or vegan).
